Ordering custom tennis balls from Courtennis.
Orders
Courtennis supplies custom tennis balls for clubs, events and businesses. Each pressurized can contains three balls. Each artwork combination requires at least 1,000 cans and supports up to two text or logo elements. You must be authorized to place an order and use the payment method provided.
Prices and payment
All checkout prices are in USD and include applicable tax and shipping within our supported delivery area. Quantity tiers apply separately to each design. Review your quantities, artwork, contact details and total before paying. Production begins after payment is confirmed; ACH payments may require bank verification and additional processing time.
Your artwork
You retain your rights in the artwork you upload. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. You authorize Courtennis and its production partners to use that artwork to produce and fulfill your order. Do not submit artwork that infringes another person’s rights.
Proofs and changes
Check spelling, layout and uploaded files carefully. The on-screen preview is a visualization; screen color and the printed surface can differ. Contact us promptly about changes. Changes after production begins may not be possible. This does not remove our responsibility to address incorrect printing or defective products.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Our shipping and returns policies form part of these terms. Custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Cancellation requests must be made before production. Quality, printing and delivery problems should be reported to info@courtennis.com.
Order issues
If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains an obvious pricing or product error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a different price or product without your agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
